90 Shilling Rib Eye Marinade

With only a few weeks left in the Summer the Hop & Kettle spoke with Odell Brewing Co. from Fort Collins, CO about a few grilling recipes that uses some of their beer.  This Rib Eye recipe uses their amazing 90 Shilling Ale in a marinade, but to be honest we think this marinade would be great on any cut of steak.

Ingredients:
90 Shilling Ale  - 6 oz (half a bottle)
Rib Eye Steaks - 2 (16 oz)
Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Kosher Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Minced Garlic - 1/2 tsp

Directions:
Mix all ingredients.  Pour over the steak, marinade, and leave the Rib Eye in the refrigerator 2 to 4 hours.  Grill as desired.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Amanda Johnson from Odell Brewing Co. for providing us with this and several other recipes.
