With only a few weeks left in the Summer the Hop & Kettle spoke with Odell Brewing Co. from Fort Collins, CO about a few grilling recipes that uses some of their beer. This Chicken recipe uses their amazing Odell IPA in a marinade.

Ingredients:
Odell IPA - 12oz bottle
Boneless / Skinless Chicken Breasts - 4
Dijon Mustard - 3 Tbsp
Brown Sugar - 3 Tbsp
Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Hot Sauce - 1 tsp
Kosher Salt - 1 tsp
Freah Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour over the Chicken, and leave to marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours. Grill or Bake as desired.
