5 Barrel Pale Ale Pork Tenderloin

With the Summer in full swing the Hop & Kettle decided to get in touch with breweries to discover what recipes they had for Grilling.  Our first recipe comes from Odell Brewing Co. from Fort Collins, CO and uses their amazing 5 Barrel Pale Ale in this marinade.

5 Barrel Pale Ale - 12oz bottle
Pork Tenderloin - 2
Cider Vinegar - 3 Tbsp.
Hot Sauce - 1 tsp.
Coarse Mustard - 1 Tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Tbsp.
Soy Sauce - 1/2 cup
Minced Garlic - 2 tsp.
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Mix all ingredients.  Marinade and leave the Pork Tenderloin in the refrigerator overnight.  Grill or Bake as deired.
