Easy Street Wheat - 12 oz bottle
Halibut Steaks - 4
Soy Sauce - 1 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup
White Onion - 1/4 cup Finely Chopped
Sugar - 2 Tbsp.
White Vinegar - 2 Tbsp.
Dry Mustard - 1 tsp.
Ground Ginger - 1/2 tsp.
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Limes - Juice of 2
Directions:
Marinate Halibut fish steaks for 2 or 3 hours. Grill or Bake as desired.
If grilling fish for the first time the Hop & Kettle would suggest using tinfoil to ensure the fish will not flake and fall through the grilling grates. If baking in an oven trying building a pouch with parchment paper to let the Halibut steam in some of the marinate.
